For a while weddings were very chronological in my mind. Detail, then prep. Ceremony, then some portraits. But lately, I’ve looked at my work and seen it for isolated moments. Moments that, for me, defined the day in its entirety.

Chiaroscuro light. Post-ceremony celebration. That flower girl who was d-o-n-e.

That’s what makes this day, and every other wedding day, unique. Those moments were yours and no one else’s.

  1. These images are stunning! Way to capture genuine joy. Or at the very least genuine feeling, like “OMG my feeeet” for that flower girl.
