This wedding season has been a total breath of fresh air, and these two were a bright, shiny light right in the middle of it. At one point during their toasts, I looked over at my second shooter, and we were both full-on weeping at her dad’s speech. And that’s why I do this. For me in those moments, it’s all life. It’s the culmination of so many events to bring you right to this one moment together — the good, the bad, the difficult and carefree. It’s all present on a day like this.
Every year I fall more and more in love with the way this work ebbs and flows in my life. 2019 couples, bring it on.
